Today, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and NOAA signed an interagency memorandum in support of the Biden-Harris Administration’s ambitious offshore wind energy goals to advance wind energy responsibly while protecting biodiversity and promoting cooperative ocean use.
